Culture Club is closing and point earning will end on August 25, 2026. After that date, you will no longer be able to access your account or participate in the program. However, you will be able to redeem your points for vouchers via the Redeem Points page.

No. Once receipt uploads are disabled, members will no longer be able to earn points or submit receipts for purchases made after the cutoff. 

Receipt uploads will only be accepted until the program's receipt submission feature is disabled. After that, no additional receipts can be submitted or points awarded. 

Yes! Eligible members will have until December 15, 2026 to redeem available coupon rewards, even after Culture Club closes. 

No. Once Culture Club ends, no additional rewards will be available beyond Product Coupons during the redemption period. We encourage members to redeem any available coupon rewards by December 15, 2026.
